Crohn's disease

I was diagnosed at the age of 20 and suffered from eating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, melena, hemorrhoids, and fecal incontinence for 15 years, but at the age of 35, I underwent an ascending colectomy, and with the help of an intravenous drip, my life became easier. I have been in "remission" ever since.

Depression

I was diagnosed at the age of 37, and I spent "half a year of darkness where I could'nt speak a word" due to the deep emotional trauma caused by the divorce. Only during this time, I was on leave of absence, going to the hospital, and taking medication.

Autism spectrum disorder

I was diagnosed at the age of 45 and face it as a "individuality and disability". At the beginning of the employment transition support service, I was confused due to a lack of insight. But when I look back on my lifestyle and history, I'm completely convinced, so I honestly admit myself and respond concretely.

Multi gender

Depending on my feeling, I love any gender as any gender physiologically and psychologically. I still lack experience, but I'm convinced of my style when looking back at human history. So I'm taking concrete measures to practice my own way of life honestly.

Lifestyle

I have had diarrhea since childhood. Due to the poor prognosis of the "fistula resection surgery" that I received at the age of 20, I tend to have fecal leakage. In addition, when there're signs of changes in weather, I'll be a little troubled by "headache, eye pain, back pain, lower back pain, itchy skin, and hemorrhoids." Therefore, I observe and record "condition and weather" on a daily basis, and use the home visit nursing service twice a week to help "predict and control".
In recent years, "tinnitus/brain ringing in the high-frequency range" has been occurring on a daily basis, but I have not experienced any difficulties in my daily life. Rather, I'm grateful because "I can perceive the higher range sound with high definition".
In order to maintain and improve my physical strength and metabolism, I have been training "swimming" for a long time, but recently I switched to "yoga" and enjoying the new world. Both, I love "the feeling of drifting gracefully in space".
I have decided to "live comfortably on the moon in my old age", but I think that it'll need time for "culture, environment, and society" to be in there. Therefore I aim to live to the age of 120 (2095 AD) that will make maximum use of "ingenuity, medical, and science technology".
